Bauli’s Mini Croissants & GIVEAWAY!

It’s time to celebrate Better Breakfast Month with Bauli’s indulgent, guilt free Mini Croissants that are perfect for your busy mornings when you are on-the-go.

Bauli Mini Croissants are made WITHOUT preservatives, and baked in an actual bakery, in Italy! These small treats are pre-packaged and perfect for a quick breakfast or morning snacks on-the-go.  Even better, they are available in two delicious varieties – chocolate cream and vanilla custard.

Like Bauli’s holiday Pandoro and Panettone, the Bauli mini croissants are made using a “mother dough.” Water and flour are progressively added to this nucleus to create a croissant dough with natural yeast instead of chemical additives, allowing it to rise naturally.

After 18 hours of natural leavening, the mini croissants are soft and flavorful with a delicious aroma.

They also stay fresh for much longer than most bread or cakes, without any preservatives inside.

Chocolate for sure! (although truth be told, I think almond is my all-time favorite flavor in croissants)

These croissants look delicious. We would prefer the vanilla custard, but either one would be fine.
