Your Banana Chocolate Nut Bread recipe is fabulous. Great flavor, is moist, and quite delicious! However, I had to bake it for 90 minutes. I know a lower temper is supposed to deepen the flavor. I will try it again at that temp and then try it at 350° to see which I like best. I think it would help people to know the size of your baking pan. Thank you so much for your recipes!

For my quick bread recipes, I use a loaf pan, dimensions: a “standard loaf pan” is 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches.

I usually have rush mornings with bread that easy and quick to cook. Just fry 2 eggs, slice a tomatoe, add some lettuces, put all of them between 2 slice of bread, you will have a quick breakfast. Sometimes, I just break 2 eggs and mix it well with chopped green onion and a little of seasoning, dip a slice of bread into that mixture and fry it on a boiling-oil pan. Ultimately, serve it on a plate and eat with chili sauce. It is so great! Thanks for sharing other delicious bread dishes!
