See’s Fudge

15-minute fudge recipe. Easy and delicious every time. No Candy thermometer needed!

If you grew up in California, you know what See’s Candy is. I get giddy when I see a See’s Candy store! I have all of my favorites, there is nothing like See’s Candy! Plus, they give you a sample when you buy in the stores!

See's Fudge

We always got a box of our favorite See’s Candy as one of our Christmas gifts. Everyone had their favorite kind. I love their fudge. It’s creamy and melts in your mouth.

I love giving homemade candy, fudge, and cookies as gifts. I love baking so much during the holidays. I spend about 4 days of baking. I start on December 1st and I try new recipes and also love my old favorites. I am in my happy place with Christmas carols playing full blast!

This recipe tastes exactly like See’s Fudge. Add nuts if you like. I made a batch with nuts and a batch without. I like it with nuts, use either walnuts or pecans, whatever is your favorite.

I sprinkled Sweets and Treats Christmas Sprinkles on the fudge to make it colorful and fun for gifts.

Combine chocolate, butter, and marshmallow fluff in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.

Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat. Stir constantly for 4 minutes.

Pour the cooked ingredients over the chocolate in the mixing bowl at intervals, making sure to keep stirring until completely smooth.

Pour the fudge mixture into a glass baking dish that is greased. 9×13 works great.

Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator until fudge hardens. At least 3 hours, best if overnight.

Keep refrigerated until serving.

Give fudge in pretty Christmas tins.

Watch your family and friends smile when they bite into this incredible fudge!
