Valentine’s Heart Cinnamon Rolls

Simply delicious, freshly baked Valentine’s Heart Cinnamon Rolls for Valentine’s Day or any day! Only 3 ingredients needed to make these beautiful and delicious cinnamon rolls for your kids, sweetie or friends breakfast or dessert.

Do you love cinnamon rolls as much as I do? I love how my whole house smells like cinnamon when these yummy cinnamon rolls are baking. Since it has been so cold out, I thought that I would bake up some easy treats for my kids. They thought it looked fun making these cinnamon rolls, so I let them help.

You can have these cinnamon rolls on the table in 20 minutes! Sometimes my schedule is just so full, so adding another thing to cook or bake seems impossible. Not with this easy 3 ingredient recipe, they were a hit and everyone thought that I had been baking all day!

Since I used a can of Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls, I just needed to shape the cinnamon rolls. It’s super easy to do, just scroll down and I will show you how you can make them too!

My kids loved helping make these beautiful and delicious cinnamon rolls, they really loved helping me eat them! Thank goodness, I would have made a trip to my neighbors house and gifted them with them.

We have been a sugar free zone home for a while, but I made the exception with the cinnamon rolls. You would have thought I had won the lottery with everyone’s expressions when they were pulled out of the oven, EXCITEMENT!!!

Let’s make some yummy cinnamon rolls!!

Open can and unroll each cinnamon roll. Cut cinnamon roll in half.

Roll half of a cinnamon roll into a heart shape. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Make the cinnamon roll strip into a heart shape.

Keep a one inch space in between the hearts so that they don’t bake into each other.

After the hearts have baked, gently remove them from the baking pan with a spatula and place them on a cooling rack ready for glazing.

Take icing from pack and mix in 2 drops of food coloring.

Roll half of a cinnamon roll into a heart shape. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Valentine's Heart Cinnamon Rolls

Valentine's Heart Cinnamon Rolls

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Delicious cinnamon rolls for Valentine's Day, kids recipes or for entertaining.

Instructions

Open can and unroll each cinnamon roll. Cut cinnamon roll in half.

Preheat oven 350 degrees F as directed on package. 

Roll half of cinnamon roll into a heart shape. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 17 to 20 minutes until cinnamon rolls are done with light brown on the outside. Do not cook the full time as directed on package.

Let cool on rack.

Take icing from pack and mix in 2 drops food coloring.

Ice the cinnamon rolls and top with sprinkles.
