  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

  • ½ stick butter
  • 4 ounces Cholula Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  1. Burgers:
  2. Mix meat and add-ons really well and form two equal size meat balls.
  3. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 45- 1 hour ( keeps the burger from falling apart when grilling)
  4. After your burger balls have chilled, fire up the grill to a Medium Hot heat.

  11. Toast bun if you like, place burger on bun, top with blue cheese sauce.
  12. Drizzle two TBSP Buffalo Sauce- add more or less hot sauce to your preference.
