The best, most flavorful, fresh blueberries and Cabot Greek Yogurt Pancakes!
  • 6 oz of Cabot Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Maple Syrup for Drizzling over pancakes
  1. Mix yogurt, honey and egg together.
  2. When combined, mix in flour and baking soda.
  3. Preheat a non stick pan on medium heat.
  4. Scoop ΒΌ of a cup of batter onto pan.
  5. Batter is thick, you mayl need to take a spoon and smooth out batter to form an even circle.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries on batter and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until that side is also golden brown. Batter browns quickly, so watch it carefully.
