    I would finally be able to bake in stereo 😀 I’m baking a lot of christmas cookies at the moment and I also have a small baking business so a second KitchenAid would be so useful!!

    I would love to win this — lost all my good things in a recent breakup and have been mixer less. I love to bake bread but am unable to use my shoulders to knead and rely on a machine with a dough hook. Thank you for this opportunity.

    I would use to make roti dough. Roti is an Indian flatbread which my husband likes to eat everyday !! Thats the first thing I would make.

    As to what am I doing for Christmas: recovering from all the Advent services in the church I serve plus the Christmas Eve service! What would I make? Probably something to take to Fellowship Time – I always bake something new every week so folk can have a treat and coffee.

    Well, one day around Christmas, my daughters and I will be driving to my sisters’s in Wisconsin (about 3 hours each way) and spending the day with her and her family. My youngest daughter is supposed to be coming home for Christmas, too, so hopefully we’ll be able to do the trip to my sister’s while she’s here. Daughter #1 lives about half an hour from us, so we’ll definitely be seeing her, and daughter #2 lives at home. Her boyfriend will be here, too. Hopefully we’ll get good weather this year.

    This will be the first Christmas without my Mom, but I imagine I will see my brother’s family on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. (They live just across the street.)

    I actually think about this when I can’t sleep at night. I think I’d make the meringue cookies my mother used to make. My hand mixer doesn’t do egg whites very well.
