Roasted Garlic Butter

Savory and mellow, this roasted garlic butter is perfect for cheesy garlic bread, steak, veggies, and more.

You’ll find endless ways to use this herb and garlic butter to flavor your favorite dishes and meals.


– garlic – olive oil – unsalted butter – sea salt – black pepper – chives or herb of your choice

Step 1

Remove paper-like skin from the outside of the garlic bulb, leaving cloves attached.


Step 2

Cut ¼ inch from the top (stem side) of each garlic bulb, exposing the top of the cloves.

Step 3

Pour olive oil over the top of the cloves.

Step 4

Wrap each garlic head tightly in aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 55 minutes or until the cloves are tender.
