{ End Of Summer } Brownies |
Ingredients
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. nuts (if desired)
Method
- Butter 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
- Melt chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- I double this recipe.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until dry on top and firm to touch.

Oh Nettie those look so divine. Too bad Mark and I are "back at it" after a summer of eating and drinking and enjoying in excess! I'll remember these homemade yummies for the next time I have to bring a baked good somewhere - I'd eat them all if they were in my house!
