Every time I cook, I use Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I usually use it in place of butter I do a lot of baking, so when I cook I feel like it is healthier for myself and my family.
Malibu Olive oil is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil or EVOO, which means the oil was extracted from the olive in the first pressing and it is cold pressed, meaning their are no chemicals being used to produce this Olive Oil.
EVOO has many health benefits, depending on the quality of the olive oil. The higher the quality, the higher the benefits. Olive Oil contains Polyphenols and true EVOO contains significant quantities of Polyphenols. Polyphenols are antioxidants. You may have heard which foods antioxidants are found in. Red Wine, Green Tea, Olive Oil, Blueberries and so much more. Antioxidants fight against aging and health problems.
But what it really comes down to is: Olive Oil tastes great, in cooking and baking or just in dipping bread.

Me again! I didn’t read the “how to” enter soon enough. I use Olive oil in most of my Chopped Style Dressings. Plus, I love roasting veggies, so just a drizzle over them before sliding them in the oven is another healthful way to use Olive Oil!
My favorite way to user olive oil is in my pizza crust; lady (olive oil) luck, come my way!!
I use olive oil 99 per cent of the time. Everyday I take a tablespoon by mouth to help digestion. Works great and our hair and skin benefit too!
I am new to your page and love it. I use olive oil in just about everything. I love to use olive oil and a little butter to sear steaks in a cast iron skillet. Yummy.

I love to use Olive Oil and use it most all the time. My favorite is to use it on garlic toast with mozorella cheese, tomatoes, herbs, drizzle olive oil on top, pop in the oven heat till the cheese melts….so good!

I love ti use evoi when I’m making marinades and salad dressing. The pure flavor allows the true flavors of the other ingredients to come out in a way that you don’t get with other oils.
I like using olive oil when grilling vegetables. Just brush a little on just about any vegetable grill and enjoy. I am always stuck with low end brands because of prices but I know you get what you pay for. I would like to try a higher end brand which might change my way of shopping for it.,,
