I am so happy to see you again! We are in week 3 of Lo Carb eating! We are all in need of getting healthier and in better shape. More gym time including running and swimming also helps get us through these long winter days! Hubs is going along with my menu plans and there is less harrumphing the more days we are in to it! I am looking for more easy recipes to introduce into our weekly planner, so I will be checking your recipes!
