The BACARDÍ® Bat is a natural fit for Halloween parties. BACARDÍ® rum is my preferred rum. BACARDÍ® rum creates the moments when we are free to be our true selves. It’s the great choice for parties and get-togethers, making it fun for Halloween!

The inspiration behind this drink came from a bottle of BACARDÍ® GOLD rum that was hiding in my cabinet. Rum & Coke® is an unbelievably simple yet satisfying cocktail. We all know that rum is a favorite of sailors, ahem, Pirates. Pirate’s Last Call is the best rum and Coke® with a cherry on top! You won’t want to walk the plank after this one!

I can’t keep this Pirate away from this Ice cold Pirate’s Last Call Cocktail!

You can make this Pirate’s Last Call Cocktail as a stand-alone drink or by the pitcher for a party. It is the perfect Halloween drink and I am sure your guests will love it.

Here’s what you will need to make a Pirate’s Last Call Cocktail:

  • Coca-Cola

  • BACARDÍ® GOLD Rum

  • Maraschino Cherries

  • Ice

  • Sugar

  • Red Sprinkles (Optional)

Place four Maraschino Cherries in a glass. Add a teaspoon of granulated sugar.

Add one ounce of BACARDÍ® GOLD rum to the glass.

Muddle it all together.

If you have a muddler, mash the ingredients. I used the bottom of a wooden spoon, which does the trick. Mash it all up to get it mixed well.

Pour Coca-Cola over the ingredients.

Stir ingredients, and serve immediately.

That looks delish! It's sort of a take on my favorite cocktail...a Brandy Old Fashioned...without the bitters. And with Coke instead of sour mix. But I'll bet if you put a dash or two of bitters in this it'd be great, too! I just happen to have all the ingredients so that might be my happy hour drink, today!
