A Carnivore’s Dream–12 Best Meatloaf Recipes!

When I worked in Beverly Hills as a medical assistant, my favorite place to eat when I really wanted comforting home-cooked food wasn’t a fancy restaurant. It was the Brighton Cafe. It was a hole in the wall, with the most delicious meatloaf I have ever eaten, stuffed into a baked potato, filled with avocado, with a dollop of sour cream and hot sauce. I’m not sure if the restaurant is still there. Since I live in Maine, it would be a long trip.
