Easter is almost here, and to me, that means lots of family time, plus plenty of delicious candy and sweet treats!

Last year, I created this wonderful post 25 Most Beautiful Easter Desserts. It was such a hit that I couldn’t wait to share another fun Easter idea with you.

It doesn’t get much cuter than these adorable Bunny Ear Cupcakes! They’re really so cute and everyone loves them. Believe it or not, they’re pretty simple to make, too!

I can’t believe that Easter is right around the corner! It’s one of my favorite holidays!

I have such fond memories of Easter egg hunting at my great grandparent’s home.

All of my cousins and I would search the pool grounds for hidden jelly beans, Cadbury eggs, Peeps, peanut butter chocolate eggs and more than my Nana and Grandpa would cleverly hide!

After we found our treats, we would then line up, single file, and show Nana what we found and she would give us each a penny for every egg filled treat.

We would be skipping and jumping with joy dressed in our Easter bonnets and hats!

My Nana would always create a beautiful Easter dessert for all of us kids for after our supper. Now, you can create your own simple yet gorgeous Easter desserts for your kids and loved ones.

Make the bunny ears by cutting a marshmallow in half at a diagonal, then dipping the sticky side of each half in pink crystal sprinkles.

Not only do these cupcakes look decadent, but they also taste amazing. It’s the perfect Easter dessert.

Place two marshmallow halves on top of the finished cupcakes, lightly pressing the marshmallows into the icing to secure each ear.

You’re just a hop away from making deliciously sweet bunny cupcakes. Cake mix and ready-to-spread frosting make it extra easy.

Bake cupcakes according to package directions and ice with vanilla icing.

Dip each cupcake in white sprinkles until the top of the cupcake is covered with sprinkles.

If you have only one pan and a recipe calls for more cupcakes than your pan will make, cover and refrigerate the rest of the batter while baking the first batch. Cool the pan about 15 minutes, then bake the rest of the batter, adding 1 to 2 minutes to the bake time.

Easter is just around the corner and these Bunny Ear Cupcakes will be the highlight of your Easter day. Your friends and family will be oohing and ahhing!
