Yield: 10 tacos

Cheesy Baked Tacos

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Easy Cheesy Baked Tacos with Hormel Taco Meats, beans, olives, tomatoes and lots of cheese all baked in a crunchy corn taco shell!


  • 1 12 ounce Package HORMEL® TACO MEATS Beef Crumbles
  • 1/2 can Refried Beans
  • 1/2 can Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chiles
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 6 ounces Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 Stand Up Corn Tortillas
  • Toppings: sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro, sliced avocados, chopped onions, salsa, hot sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine HORMEL® TACO MEATS Beef Crumbles, refried beans, Rotel, olives. Set aside.
  3. In a baking pan, line up stand up corn tortilla shells.
  4. Stuff each corn tortilla with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 10 minutes until shells are crispy and cheese is melty.
  6. Add toppings as to your liking
