Taco night meets pasta night! Cheesy Beefy Taco Pasta is a flavorful and delicious dinner choice when you are short on time. It’s a great back-to-school dinner option with only 5 ingredients needed. Have it on the table in 20 minutes!

Since the kids are back to school, I am creating easy, fast, and delicious meals that can be made in under 20 minutes like this delicious Cheesy Beefy Taco Pasta. I like that only 5 ingredients are needed for this comfort food. I usually have everything in my pantry and refrigerator. Serve with a salad or vegetable. Can easily freeze well.

The flavors are great with the addition of salsa. I like the Mrs. Renfros Chiotle Corn Salsa and the Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese. It gave it a zippy taste, not too spicy.
