Fluffy Cilantro Lime Rice! This is my new favorite way to make rice. Why eat the same old bland rice for dinner when you can have this flavorful recipe! Serve with your favorite tacos, burritos, enchiladas or burrito bowls! Have a delicious fiesta! 

 

Cilantro Lime Rice

Yield: 3 cups

Cilantro Lime Rice

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Fluffy and flavorful! Cilantro Lime Rice! Serve with your favorite tacos, burritos or enchiladas.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of hot cooked rice
  • 2 small limes
  • 1 lime, zest
  • 1⁄2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package.
  2. Once your rice is cooked fluff with fork.
  3. Add lime juice, zest, cilantro and salt.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Serve warm.
