Ingredients
- 3 cups of hot cooked rice
- 2 small limes
- 1 lime, zest
- 1⁄2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package.
- Once your rice is cooked fluff with fork.
- Add lime juice, zest, cilantro and salt.
- Stir well.
- Serve warm.
