Copycat P.F. Chang’s Garlic Noodles~ These popular noodles are a copycat from your favorite take-out to staying-in! Tasty noodles are stir-fried to perfection with garlic and chili flakes. They will be your new go-to, either on their own or with stir-fried beef, chicken, or pork. Much tastier and healthier when you make it yourself.

P.F. Chang’s is delicious, but the bill can get pretty pricey if you’re not careful. That’s where these copycat garlic noodles recipe comes in. This copycat dish can be made for much less than what you are used to.

This recipe for Copycat P.F. Chang’s Garlic Noodles is not a complicated one and is so simple and delicious to make and eat.

This recipe is an easy noodle dish that is based on the famous copycat dish that you can make without the heavy flavors and is the perfect base for your favorite stir fry meals or sides.

Ingredients for Copycat P.F. Chang’s Garlic Noodles:

  • spaghetti
  • white vinegar
  • granulated sugar
  • vegetable oil
  • scallions
  • garlic
  • chili paste
  • English cucumber

This recipe makes 8 servings. I have doubled this recipe for a small party event for 12 people.

With only 5 minutes of prep time and just 15 minutes of cook time makes this is such a simple yummy recipe.

Directions:

While the pasta is cooking, in a small microwave-safe bowl stir together the vinegar and sugar. Place into the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until the sugar is melted, set aside.

Once the pasta is cooked and drained, place a large heavy bottom skillet over medium heat on the stovetop.

Once hot, add the oil and white part of the scallions, sautee for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Add the garlic and stir together, add in the chili paste.

Cook until fragrant, stirring constantly, about 30 seconds.

Add the vinegar sauce to the pan and allow it to come to a simmer, simmer for 30 seconds then add the pasta and toss in the sauce.

Serve immediately with a garnish of the green part scallions and cucumber on the side.
