I’m always looking for cake vodka recipes and cake vodka drinks, so I knew this Birthday Cake Martini would be the best for my special birthday girl! This vodka and chocolate cocktail is so fun and festive! Love the colors!

Here are the ingredients:

• half and half
• vanilla vodka
• cake batter extract
• white chocolate
• blue candy melts
• pink candy melts
• Rainbow sprinkles

Like many people, I have a weakness for birthday cake. Birthday cake just makes everyone happy! I also love a delicious martini. Put these two together and you have a very happy, celebratory dessert drink!

This drink is quite easy to make.  You’ll need a martini shaker, but if you don’t have one, no worries.  You can use two glasses, one slightly larger than the other, where the tops fit into each other.

With just a few ingredients, your happy hour can commence in the matter of a few shakes – literally!!

Easy Birthday Cake Martini

Have you ever made a Birthday Cake Martini? It’s so easy to make with only seven ingredients! With just a few ingredients, you’ll have an amazing drink that may even be better than a piece of birthday cake!

Add some chocolate melts to the inside of the glass to add a pretty chocolate pink and purple swirl to the glass.  Let’s face it; you can really never go wrong with extra chocolate!!

Dip the rim of a martini glass in the melted white chocolate.

Roll the rim in the sprinkles, and let sit to harden.

Decorate the inside of the glass with the blue and pink candy melts, and set them aside.

In a cocktail shaker, add ice, half and half, vodka, and cake batter extract. Place the top on and shake well. Pour into a martini glass, and enjoy.
