Top of the list? Deviled eggs, of course! We can’t get enough of them, especially when we’re finding ways to put fresh flavor twists on them. Today’s twist incorporates one of our other food favorites: avocados!

These guacamole deviled eggs are my favorite quick and easy go-to recipe. Super easy to whip up, full of healthy fats and DELISH!! If you have never added avocado to your deviled eggs, then you are really missing out.
This is the perfect Easter, St. Patrick’s day, Cinco de Mayo, game day, or any day appetizer. Bring this to a party and you are sure to impress the guests. Not to mention that it combines two of the usual suspects at any party… deviled eggs and guacamole! Wow! I found avocados on sale at Costco, a big bag, that I couldn’t resist!

But no worries, because they’re so easy to make. These yummy deviled eggs are also great for St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo or any game day that needs a fantastic appetizer. Maybe add a bit of salsa on top and everyone will be super happy!

NOTE: This is how I make the perfect hard-boiled eggs. Place the eggs in a large sauce pan with cold water. Add enough water that the eggs are fully submerged. Over high heat bring the water to a rolling boil. Once the water is boiling, remove the pan from the heat, cover and let sit for 12 minutes. Run cold water over the eggs and peel.
Use only ripe avocados, avocados with some give when you press them gently. If they are hard, they aren’t ripe and not only will they not taste good, you won’t be able to easily mash them. Note that if they are too ripe (too much give when you press them), they may be bruised and also won’t taste good.
More Deviled Eggs Recipes:
Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a small bowl.
Place white onto a tray or large plate.
Add avocado to the egg whites and mash mixing well the back of a spoon.
Add in tomatoes and onions. Mix well.
Add in lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add mixture to a piping bag and pipe into the centers of the egg whites.
Top with paprika and cumin.
