- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Gather all of the ingredients.
- Mix 3/4 sugar, flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the milk, butter, and vanilla and mix.
- Spread batter in a greased 8x8 baking dish.
