Get ready for outdoor grilling and grill this zesty pork tenderloin outside. Pork tenderloin is cooked in a cast-iron grated skillet on the gas grill with the setting on High. The outside of the pork has wonderful crusty char marks and the inside of the tenderloin is juicy and tender. It made a wonderful sear and doesn’t take long to cook. What do you need to make Grilled Pork Tenderloin?
- pork tenderloin
- Mazola Corn Oil
- honey
- minced garlic
- low sodium soy sauce
- Dijon mustard
- coarse ground black pepper
- lemon, juiced
This Grilled Pork Tenderloin would be great served with:

MARINATE THE PORK ROAST:
Place the pork tenderloin with all of the ingredients in a Ziploc bag and marinate for at least half an hour.
HOW TO COOK PORK TENDERLOIN:
Prepare the grill, set the temperature to HIGH, place tenderloin on an oiled cast-iron skillet. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes until the middle of the tenderloin reaches 145 degrees using a meat thermometer. WHEN SERVING THE TENDERLOIN:
Add the remaining marinade to a small saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil. Pour over the tenderloin before serving.

The Best Pork Tenderloin Marinade
Juicy and flavorful grilled pork tenderloin is made with a quick and zesty Garlic mustard marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin, ( 3 pounds )
- 1/4 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/8 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients with a whisk except for the pork.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a Ziploc bag, pour the marinade over it.
- Close the bag tightly and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Turn on the BBQ GRILL to HIGH.
- Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on an oiled cast-iron skillet.
- Grill the pork for 25-30 minutes until the middle of the pork comes to a 145-degree temperature, using a meat thermometer.
- Pour the marinade in a small saucepan.
- Bring the marinade sauce to a boil.
- Pour the sauce over the pork before serving.
