So just how do you make Crescent Roll Peach Dumplings?
Start by cutting some fresh peaches into quarters.
You can peel the peaches if you’d like.  But you don’t need to bother peeling them, the skins bake up tender. Plus not peeling makes this recipe a time saver.

Peach Dumplings

Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate the sections on a clean work surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the butter mixture on the larger side of the dough.

Add one peach slice on top of the crescent dough on the larger side. Roll the dough around the peach, starting at the larger end. Place the dumpling into the prepared baking dish. Repeat with the remaining peaches and dough.

Peach Dumplings

Evenly top the dumplings with the remaining butter mixture. Pour the lemon-lime soda around the dumplings, try not to get any on top, we want the butter mixture to not wash off.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until dark golden brown on top. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, serve with ice cream, and top with the sauce on the bottom of the dish.
